Irina Serbina is the Founder and CEO of Integrated Solutions Consulting Inc. (StartupHub.US), helping U.S. and international companies establish, scale, and manage their operations in the United States.
Over nearly two decades, she has worked with Silicon Valley startups, growing technology companies, and public corporations, leading operations, finance, compliance, corporate administration, and cross-functional teams.
Before founding StartupHub.US, Irina co-founded three startups, helped build the operational infrastructure of another company from inception through high-growth scaling, and spent five years managing a branch of a national bank, gaining extensive experience in finance, risk management, and business operations.
Today, she serves as a trusted operational partner to founders and executives, helping companies navigate U.S. incorporation, finance, compliance, banking, taxation, HR, and day-to-day operations, allowing leadership teams to stay focused on building products and growing their businesses.
